Rearrange PDF Pages
To rearrange a PDF's pages, use the arrows under each thumbnail to move pages earlier or later, or press Reverse order for a scan that came out back to front, then save. Pages are copied whole, so links, annotations and form fields travel with them and quality is unchanged. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use Rearrange PDF Pages
- 1Add the PDF — each page appears as a numbered thumbnail.
- 2Use the arrows under a page to move it earlier or later.
- 3Use Reverse order if a scan came out back to front.
- 4Press Save new order and download the rebuilt file.
How it works
Each tile shows two numbers: the large one is where that page will sit in the new document, and the small one is where it came from. Nothing is written until you save, so pages can be shuffled freely and Reset puts everything back.
Saving copies each page object into a fresh document in your chosen order rather than rewriting the pages. Copying carries the page size, rotation, annotations and links across untouched, which is why the result looks identical to the original apart from the sequence.
A scan that came out in reverse is the common case, and Reverse order fixes the whole document in one press instead of dozens of individual moves.
The file is read into your browser's memory, changed there, and handed straight back to you. Nothing is uploaded, so there is no queue and no copy sitting on a server afterwards.
